Alexander J. Stewart

I’m a Royal Society University Research Fellow based in the Department of Genetics, Evolution and Environment at University College London and currently Visiting Faculty at UPenn (Plotkin lab) and Princeton (Levin lab). I’m interested in the evolution of complex traits and especially in the evolution of complex social behaviours. I mostly work using mathematical and computational models. Where data is available, I apply my models to understand, interpret and (ideally) make predictions about it. If you are interested in working with me, please get in touch (alex DOT stewart AT ucl DOT ac DOT uk). Or, if you want something less edifying, you can follow me on Twitter.
